I frequently see questions being asked on what tackle to buy for Heavy GT popping so I thought I should come out with a few proven suggestions through personal experience or from my mates fishing experiences.
Ideally you should always try out the rod that you plan to buy (if possible). There is no perfect rod for everyone........ Our height, physics, strength are different. So what works for me may or may not work best for you.
Below are some suggestions.

Leaders: Fisherman Stealth Leader, Varivas Shock Leader
Hooks: Owner ST-76, Decoy 6/0, 8/0, 10/0
Poppers: Craft Bait, Fisherman, Hammerhead, Adhek, Heru's
The suggestion is certainly not exhaustive but those that i have some experience with.
